What else is there if voting does not work? Stop working and stop paying taxes. As simple as that. Billionaires are rich because you buy stuff. To buy stuff you need a job. If you have no job, you buy nothing. The State has to help you if you have no job, you pay no taxes if you have no job. Literally you become a burden for your country if you do not work; which means rich and wealthy people have to pay your cut of taxes to keep things going.

As simple as that; no need for violence. Simply everyone stop working; no more trucker, no more farmers, no more white collar workers, no more shop open; no more income for rich people. How do people live? We will find a way, don't worry... We survived 2000 years without capitalism; and we will figure out how to exchange stuff without money and without a job. Give it 6 months; and wall street will fall apart, rich people will jump off their buildings like in the 1930s great depression...

Its a educational assumption that human beings are creatures of survival. That being said if 70% of the jobs are going to be taken then its not in peoples nature to just lay down on the street and die because there's no money.
