The league which is supposed to celebrate the beautfy of our national support has been subjected to nothing short of a farce, only for it to be celebrated by a fanbase that cannot bear the thought of becoming irrelevant again. City are GUILTY first and foremost and the punishment must match the damage that has been done to the reputation of the league and the sport.

Manchester City is accused of violating Premier League Financial rules over a 9 season period spanning from 2009 - 10 through 2017 - 18 (roughly a decade of alleged infractions).

Which organization allows infractions for a decade?

For example if I get a speeding ticket - it must be resolved within 30 days - I don’t get a decade!

Obviously Premier league cannot police itself (maybe some were getting their hands greased) this is clear example that the government needs to appoint overseer to regulate the premier league.

I’d be embarrassed to show my face yet Maresca, the players and fans all celebrating like they won a spot in a Cup Final? No, that’s an embarrassment. They’re CHEATERS. They should be treating their victories like a player who scores on his former club- tepid and with humility. The hubris with which Man City fans have is really surprising me, but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised at this point. Horrible organization and glory chasing fans

ESPN really has to find better headline writers. It's not 115 charges. It's 115 convictions.

Such a tough life for all those away Man City fans "they're the ones who are going to suffer" pack it in! What about all the fans who work two jobs so they can take their kids to matches and the overpaid losers on the pitch who couldn't give a f***.

Cry me a river. Manu spent billions still garbage and so did Chelsea. City won in the field. Fair and sqaure. Football won when City won those titles
