NEVER FORGET That the Lindsay Graham Sanctions Bill was passed Sept 18. So far Trump has done NOTHING to implement it. In fact he DROPPED sanctions on Diesel - and if you dug a little, everything else no doubt. The OPPOSITE of the will of Congress and his own f**kin signature. Russia banned diesel exports in JULY because of domesrtic need and Ukrainian long range sanctions. It won&#39;t actually sell ANY of its diesel on the world market I expect. <br>If the hope was to deceive the market again (it seems to enjoy it) it ain&#39;t working: diesel rose 5 cents today.
