This media is so desperate to attack the trump administration. I remember the pyramids in Egypt, when they talk to a so called experts how did the ancient people built the pyramids, they can't answer it or even say it was built by aliens. 😂 just because you don't understand the strategy of the trump administration it doesn't mean it's not working, you look like a 7 years old so called expert or a think tank compared to the trump team.

In 1970, the Navy Department tried to sell Nixon on a new class of nuclear sub. Nixon, being an ex Navy man looked at the blueprint and saw how huge the beast would be. He asked one question: How much will this thing cost us? With R and D, and actual construction, involving Newport News and other contractors, the total was 15 billion. Nixon said 'no'. Reason? He said, it is so big, the Russians could spot it easily from space! You could not hide it. With todays military budget, 15 billion is small change, but Nixon made the right call.

Trump runs a "coin-operated" government, i heard it somewhere and it is quite accurate. Instead of paying lobbyists with questionable outcome, might as well go to the "Source". Trump "drain the swamp" (!!) because it was not HIS swamp.

Trump is a symptom, not a cause. Both the Democrats as wel as the Republicans are funded by super PAC's which are largely controlled by large corporations and wealthy donors. This created a system were almost every layer of the political framework in the US has been usurped. This is a process that has been taking place for decades .

This gradually eroded the legal frameworks protecting the rights of citizens and small business. It gave way for hyper-capitalism were everything is a grift. In a healthy economy a deal, whether its the purchase of hundreds of complex machinery by a corporation or a can of soda by a citizen, is essentially balanced between good value for both buyer and seller. But in Hyper-capitalism its shifted. Buyers are more and more seen as people that need something and are therefor good victims to suck dry. The seller can demand what they want and the customer can take it or leave it with no real alternative as everything is a grift these days.

What we see now is the logical endgame of such a system where the highest officials are openly using hyper-capitalism and due to their political and financial influence very few can stop them. But such a system comes at a cost. This type of corruption usually means the end of an empire. The west and east Roman empire had many reasons for collapsing but arguably one of the most prevalent was rampant corruption at the political heart of the empire. The same for the Ottoman empire. Long term political corruption at the heart destroyed those empires as it made them lose focus on proper balancing and care of the entire empire. The US is now making the same bloody mistake.
