All flights & crews flying to Tel Aviv are severely monitored before taking off. The story has been changed a few times and the latest identity of the co-pilot is not Russia, but Oman. Israel will not let pilots from Oman, an unapproved State to fly to Israel. The whole thing is a joke.

There is a secret camera in all cockpits for planes travelling to israhell onnected to WiFi which is monitored by plain clothed officers in travelling with passengers. They are placed there early before they are commissioned.
