Landlords and property investors will get their money back by raising rents but wait there is more, they will also get tax breaks through the negative gearing legislation. The people who pays for it all are people who can't afford the good life in the lucky country. Those who work in low paid insecure jobs who cannot afford all this bourgeoisie lifestyle but fund the lifestyle of the bourgeois.
