Flock and the department both failed what there duties were supposed to be by not investigating properly should have never been arrested when they see the car with no damage and noticed that the error was the camera and dropped the investigation on her and searched for the driver that actually committed the crime seems like flock likes to frame people on purpose multiple incidents with people getting tickets from other states

Why didn't anyone do a speed test and notice the upload speeds can't sustain the video? Smh, terrible connection, probably Spectrum. Fiber is the best for wifi!

My deepest condolences to this woman, however minorities have been the victims of mistaken identity and have not recieved this much national attention. That was before these cameras...imagine how much worse it will get.

I'm a black man pushing 50. Solid Gen X. I used to think that when policing got so screwed that the stuff they did to my black generation started to happen to white people, this would all get fixed. But nay. My white brothers acquiesce too. Now that they come for your community, pull much needed money by way of flock cameras from your neighborhoods will you hit the streets in protest for yourselves? Or was George Floyd just a trend?

This is a nice report, but NEVER FORGET how those 13 US Marines Joe Biden abandoned at Kabul Airport must have felt when Joe left them in the hands of Taliban. NO US TROOP SHOULD EVER BE LEFT BEHIND. THIS happened on Joe'e "WATCH".

So, if a computer said that you did something, that's it, there is no investigation and you're put in jail?
Since when did it become guilty until proven innocent?

AI in America is going to doom everyone there.

Also, where’s the common sense in people double checking that she wasn’t the culprit on that horrible crash. What’s the call bigger or smaller? And was it a different colour?
@@garrisdomImported1mo ago
We are so screwed. In terms of where Ai is today we are at the equivalent of progress the internet was at in say 1996. This is going to get horrendously worse over the next 20 years.

@@Becca-m5m8zImported1mo ago
Police hope that Flock will do their job for them. No accountability and no common sense. Guilty until proven innocent.
Imo tying cameras to AI violates the 4th Amendment, the tech should be illegal.
@@ryanmalone2681Imported1mo ago
I work for a bank, and we’re not allowed to let AI make decisions. A human always needs to review what it is recommending for accuracy. You’d think that would be the minimum bar for police before taking away someone’s freedom.
