Essentially Paramount now has control of the following: HBO, CNN, TNT, TBS, HGTV, Food Network, TLC, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and the Discovery Channel. Paramount already owned CBS, Paramount Network, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Showtime, and BET. Balance restored. Have a Great Day.
