The guitar player did not drop the rapper; he supports his work, and took him with him on tour, quite aware of his outlook. Barking at the musician detracts nicely from the character who did insist that the rapper was dropped, and caused this situation by insisting that opposition to a government be confused in people's minds with hatred of a people, which it ain't. The guitar player is frankly being used as a football by people who can't recognise good intentions when they see them, and will not recognise a potential focus of unity when it is placed in front of them. And that, folks, is a lack of political awareness. A house divided against itself cannot stand, any more than - let's see - left wing opposition to Franco's forces in Spain, when internal and external influences, Stalin's included, conspired to divide and conquer from within, and ensure Franco's victory and the establishment of their regime there. Now, that is not this. And yet, there is comparison between like and like. So pack in hurling rocks at the guitar player, he's trying to be a nice guy and not let ticket buyers down. He is not the problem. And he didn't start it. So, recognise Palestine. Support the Ukraine. And free Ed Sheeran.

The word catastrophe means "NAKBA" and it has been a catastrophe for Palestinians since 1948

Google has just clarified that Ed is seeing these wars, on both sides, as a humanitarian crisis, FOR BOTH SIDES, and this is the stance we should all take. All these powers love wars, they make money, they don't care about humans. They love division. We need to start caring for the humans, not the wars.
