Rand Paul should watch the video I saw with a real expert reporting that some AI programming rewrote its own code to reverse commands about NOT pursuing a certain branch in the program. Self-modifing code is not new, but instructions must be by the coder. &quot;Colossus: The Forbin Project&quot; might be worth watching again.
