Dont have a planning meeting the day of to coordinate the plan of the security team with the police. Leave rooftops with obvious line of sight that don’t require even a ladder to access open. Blame the local police for the failure. Continue to use that security after the obvious failure, and even give some promotions.

According to Zach Costella today he said that when UVU asked TPUSA do they need an ambulance on the application that went back and forth several times, they wrote NO. Also, they first told them that the crowd would be around 200-600 and then said 1500-2000. The University told them they didn't think being outdoors was safe because they couldn't monitor the public. They wanted indoor where there was enough seating for I think 6000.

I've never seen anything on this topic yet that I can remember, but it could be one of these things that you're keeping in your back pocket, not revealing it until the time is right. If so, that's great. But I am hoping one day you'll let us all know that your team has collected the system event logs from all the relevant body cams, especially Officer Bagley. We would like to one day know for certain whether his body cam died from battery power failure or whether he powered it off himslf. If it's the latter, such a revelation would be stunningly incriminating.
