Billion-dollar insight to max profits. Consider implementing more frequent parents/teachers (without student present) 1 on 1 appointment based interview (15 mins) as well as parents/students 1 on 1 interview (15 mins) via hybrid face to face, emails, and live Zoom video conferencing will be a strong added option. These interviews will allow all stakeholders to take on-time personalised actions to remedy any hidden issues (e.g. red flag behaviours such as criminal gang influences). Separately, there is merit in smaller class sizes, although the news report in the YouTube video would do well to conspicuously mention that the teacher will have more time to quiz every single student during class time since the class size is far reduced (Everyone gets a chance to be tested to enhance learning outcomes).
