This evening, showers continuing across Scotland, Northern Ireland, western England & Wales. Elsewhere, drier weather and clearer skies. Feeling fresher overnight, with temperatures ranging from low to mid-teens, dropping into mid to high single figures in Scotland & southern rural areas. Wednesday sees a day of sunshine and showers, heavy at times, before a band of rain arrives in the northwest by late afternoon.
