Ukraine and Russia have exchanged fresh strikes despite U.S. President Donald Trump’s announcement of a truce on attacks targeting energy infrastructure. Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha says Kyiv is open to an energy truce, but only if Russia also stops its attacks and the agreement is backed by Ukraine’s partners.

- TRUMP'S ENVOY MEETS LUKASHENKO IN MINSK
U.S. President Donald Trump’s special envoy John Coale is meeting Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk. Coale is expected to hold talks that could include the possible release of hundreds of political prisoners held in Belarus.
