A kill switch is not going to work since AI can take action by itself, it can also malfunction the kill switch, we need to degrade and not to have any further advance develope, because what if AI hackin the defence department system and launch nuclear missels. We have take action immediatly otherwise we just wait for that day to come (THE END OF HUMAN BEING).
