I have a solution. If you really want to find the bad apples in ICE, stop resisting being detained. If they jump out, you comply and they still assault you, both parties will agree in it being wrong, and bad officers can be held accountable.

Everyone knows who these employers are: meat processors, big hotel chains, corporate farms, developers, etc. Why aren't they targeted? If they targeted these companies, they'd all go bankrupt.
