After a few minutes of hesitation, I open the door and—because I didn&#39;t immediately drop to my knees—I am beaten and kicked by the officers. Everyone inside the house and on the property is arrested. Only then are questions asked, and everyone ends up in jail.
<br>And in Fullerton, CA, they call that investigative police work?! The caller&#39;s claim could not be substantiated.
<br>As I see it, this constitutes trespassing, a violation of constitutional rights, and excessive police force.👎

(Right off the bat) I couldn&#39;t see anything illegal that would warrant going to jail. Does this police officer perhaps have a score to settle with the accused? I consider this police action excessive and completely unnecessary. Even if he had committed a minor administrative offense, there would be no grounds for an arrest, let alone imprisonment!👎

That „I was scared“ and/or „That‘s why I did run/hide because I was so scared“ really gets old… 🫣🙄 If you do NOT have anything to hide there literally is NO need to be scared. Period. It‘s not rocket science for god‘s sake 🤨

At 35mph it could go 513 ft... First guy, my son tried that same look pants hanging down and underwear showing while in high school. I told him that was fine he could wear his pants that way but I would be throwing all his underwear out! Never had an issue after that 😂. Pants were worn appropriately after I said that.
