I don't understand how so many people have come down on this poor woman's back after just a few days in post. <br><br>She hasn't had a chance to settle in, everyone has said she didn't get time to prepare for the role or at least the first press interview. And she didn't do badly. I watched it ,it wasn't outstanding but it certainly wasn't bad. And as for her being a lawyer and having a law degree ,she said she didn't have a law degree and that was never a qualification for the role. But she had trained in a legal institution and understood the law and practice some of the law so she was a lawyer. Either way it's irrelevant to her capacity incompetency in the role she's been appointed to. I think it's disgraceful they even Fox News has joined in on the dog pile basically trying to condemn a woman before she's even formally stated she has resigned all that Trump has said she's fired. I'm searching the Internet for actual confirmation that she has been fired or that she has resigned. This kind of Reporting is basically a hatchet job to force the outcome that they want. And if I were Trump I would stand by her until or unless she decides she doesn't want to do the role anymore because it looks bad on Trump is an employer letting her go after literally five days in post with no preparation and no run into the post..

About the " four little babies" , that is the reason why she didn't pursue the law exam the second time; which, by the way, many lawyers don't pass the first time; that should be pointed out. I don't know who sent her out there to the wolves without preparation but that was on them not her.
If you have a law degree you are a lawyer. I don't think anyone cares about the difference between lawyer and attorney. She is not a "practicing attorney/lawyer" and was not holding herself out as having a law license. That said she can give whatever advice anyone wants to listen to and caution that person to consult with their attorney about the legal aspects of the issue. In this case and as Trump said, she wasn't hired as a lawyer.
