Amazing how people 3-40-50+ years ago were able to learn a far less coddling. Learning is a desire. <br><br>Money is not the only key. When a society has strayed from their core, the basics of thought, respect, one has to wonder.<br><br>Destroying society isn’t the answer.

Instead of spending a huge amount of money on policing, and money on surveillance, the government should have spent money on education and affordable housing.
Simple solution - kids caught for being violent or destroying property get social media bans - 1 Yr, 3Yr, 5Yr etc. Teachers getting caught for justifying it - jail time.
Far too little self defense “accidents” happening.
