Unfortunately I am a alcoholic been sober for 11 years, I can say during and after blackouts there no memory of actions(ever) so when the creep is saying he "blacked out" but still gave the officers his statement of events is absolute pure BS he had full control of his actions,his statements are absolutely proven that he had.
