VW SA Celebrates 75th anniversary with new model reveal at Kariega

The Volkswagen Group South Africa is celebrating its 75th anniversary of producing cars at its Kariega plant in the Eastern Cape this year.

It is one of the biggest employers in the Nelson Mandela Bay metro, and a critical economic pillar in the province.

The company also plays a social role in the communities where its stands.

Through the Corporate Social Investment programmes, they have uplifted surrounding communities by equipping them.
