President Ruto challenges police officers to uphold integrity

President William Ruto has challenged police officers to uphold security while protecting the rights and freedoms of Kenyans, as the country prepares for the next General Election. The president, who was speaking at Kenya Police Training College in Kiganjo during a pass-out parade ,  called on the police to strike a balance between protecting constitutional freedoms and dealing firmly with criminality and political violence.
