Let me guess a new car
My car needs a water pump also and also an ABS module and a blower motor and a tune-up hands and oil pan and it costs too much I don't have the money with this guy living near me😮

I once had a gear driven timing and water pump, i always worried that it might jump time.
Yup. I got rid of my built cavy because quad 4s run off the timming chain also. Built hi comp 2.4 hi comp je pistons and eagle rods. 2 stages of nitrous 75 wet 150 dry. I miss it. But why run a chain on something thats going to needs changed sooner than a chain. Ps you a good dude, i cant say it enough.

There is no time at all where "I seen" is appropriate wording. I have to do this job every 30k miles or 3 years on my Porsche…. I never pay for it…. Can confirm timing belt driven water pumps are dumb. The standard protocol for 944s is to just swap the water pump everytime you have the timing cover off so you never run into this.

My grandma has a 2008 honda crv and we have put thousands into fixing it all just for the headgasket to go out . I have replaced everything on the car for her because we dont have the extra money to take it to a shop. I am looking for any advice on this if we should replace the head gasket or save up for a car even though we arent really in the greatest spot right now financially. She works hard everyday as a CNA and it breaks my heart to see her car not be reliable enough to get her to church and the doctor. If anyone can help or give advice it would be greatly appreciated thank you !❤
