My only issue is that they gave less verified info than what is already out (and i'm not talking about the pilots). After the initial 2 ATC calls, we also know that the co-pilot reported a drop of 20,000 and 22,000ft/min along with over-speed, and a 60 degree bank of the plane. I would've liked to hear them touch on that, what are possible causes of overspeed for small aircraft, why would decent speed increase so rapidly, and was the 60 degree bank the plane itself or the pilots' final attempt to right the aircraft. These guys just didn't seem informationally prepared for the conference.

Plane was at 35.000 feet pilots asked to climb to 37.000. Soon after the problems stated. Then went into a 60 degree right turn. Then suddenly went into a what's called a nose down graveyard spiral. Speed was estimated to be betw 370 - 600 mph. Think it was I was serious weather conditions, ice on wings, cos turbulence.

We have reviewed the crash data, the flight path, and the ATC recording. Weather radar shows that during its final turn direct to Freeport, the aircraft entered a severe convective cell. Knowing the aircraft was a small Learjet, why did ATC not vector them south toward Key West along the Gold Coast and then assign a heading of 025 to circumvent the storm? RIP. Regards from Sweden.
