I can’t see how Rachael thinks she’s helping young girls make better choices than she did. She’s still defiant; she’s still denying all of her terrible decisions and actions in the months leading up to the murder; she’s still holding onto self defense, which in effect blames Sarah; shes still lying to herself and doesn’t even seem to believe her own lies. She had a plan with the catch phrase “to help young girls” but forgot to plan how to carry that out. After using that phrase, her entire story of helping others fell apart with the first poke. I smell a parole hearing coming up and she needs a lot more work on her bid to be released.
This interview is so hard to watch. If this guy wanted her to take accountability or show remorse or any feeling towards the crime he failed. Sarah was no angel and she also provoked the hostile environment. No excuse for what happened. Once you turn 18, don’t speak to cops unless lawyer present.
