Mehlman, I suggest you try meditation, being in Japan, like Zen. It gives a purpose. In Japan, there should be zen or other type of medetitation cenerrs or groups. I mean if you want to feel joy and smile. Meditation leads to the true meaning of life which is finding your true Self.
