Relive Allen Iverson’s NBA debut, 30 years later! 👑
On November 1, 1996, the No. 1 pick made his debut for the Philadelphia 76ers at home against the Milwaukee Bucks. Iverson finished with 30 points, six assists and a steal, shooting 12-for-19 from the floor and 2-for-4 from three. It was the most points in a career debut by a Sixers player in the last 50 years at that point. Milwaukee won, 111-103, but the Allen Iverson era had begun.
