They need to take a look at letting university and college students being allowed to claim residency in the states where they are attending schools. We all know these kids are voting left. It should be based on years of residency and time spent in that state. We are talking about hundreds of thousands of votes being consolidated in certain areas. I’m convinced this is how Mandami won the mayoral race.
