Horrific Russian drone strike kills 14 in Dnipro as Oleshky truce holds | Ukraine Brief

At least 14 people were killed and a further 14 wounded after Russian forces on Thursday struck a passenger train platform in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro. According to local authorities, six people remain in critical condition, including those with fractures and lost limbs. Russian forces have continued strikes against civilians elsewhere across Ukraine, claiming the lives of at least six people and wounding more than 75 over the last 24 hours. A ceasefire in Russian-occupied Oleshky has continued into its third day, with no violations reported. A Ukrainian delegation led by the country’s ombudsman, Dmytro Lubinets, is now travelling to the town to oversee civilian evacuations.
