Why do National Organisations not seek a purely financial solution to the Russian Oil finance of War. Solution?????? Rather than finance the defence, finance CHEAP oil to take ALL of Russia's Oil buying clients. We often called this Oil Subsidy - with ZERO income from oil & gas could Russia still finance Putin's Dreams? Most of the parts in the drones used by both Russia but especially Ukraine are from China mainly dual used items. China has a direct policy of not arming any country in a conflict. For example China would not arm Israel in its war on Gaza Imagine that? If the west ado[pted such practice most wars would end very quickly
