Eighty learners in various rural towns in the Free State, say they are at their wits' end.
They are part of a Free State Development corporation learnership programme, and claim they have not been paid for more than two months, while being told not to ask questions.
The programme offers training in construction, electrical studies, plumbing, new venture creations, and waste water reticulation.
Some of the students say they are breadwinners and the R2000 stipend from the FDC makes a big difference in their households.
