Madlanga Commission | Fadiel Adams expected to testify tomorrow: Andy Mashaile weighs in

The Madlanga Commission has heard evidence suggesting that private individuals may have been attempting to present themselves to a Czech Republic company as a state entity.

Chief Evidence Leader, Advocate Matthew Chaskalson, told the Inquiry that WhatsApp messages linked to late taxi business tycoon, Jotham Mswazi Msibi, show Steven Motsumi and Katiso 'KT' Molefe discussing the sale of sophisticated surveillance technology to private entities and a foreign state.

Motsumi owns a private security business and Molefe is allegedly a crime cartel figure.
Previous testimony linked the two to questionable operations.
