Convicted criminal Radovan Krejcir has told the Palmridge Specialised Commercial Crimes Court that the only way he would get a fair trial is if he is moved out of the C-Max section of Kgosi Mampuru Prison.
Krejcir has been serving his 35-year sentence at the Pretoria-based prison for kidnapping and attempted murder.
He brought a 342A application asking the court to investigate his allegations that his criminal case is facing unreasonable delays.
The case has been postponed to 16 September 2026.
