Ebola outbreak in DRC raises concern

More than 600 people have died since the Ebola outbreak was declared in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in May 2026.

The latest figures from the Health Ministry have raised concern among African health experts, who describe it as one of the continent's fastest-growing Ebola outbreaks.
