The impact of Madlanga testimony on Malema & EFF: Prof Sethulego Matebesi

Madlanga Commission chief evidence leader Advocate Matthew Chaskalson has led evidence relating to the alleged relationship between EFF leader Julius Malema, suspended deputy Crime Intelligence head Major General Feroz Khan, and businessman Mohammed "Mo" Sayed. The evidence, contained in WhatsApp messages between the three men, was presented during proceedings on Tuesday. Chaskalson told the Commission the exchanges suggest an alleged quid pro quo relationship between Malema and Khan.
