SADC Foreign Ministers' Retreat | Botswana Foreign Minister Dr Penyo Butale reflects on key outcomes

Botswana's International Affairs Minister Dr Penyo Butale says each SADC member state must harness their respective capacities to work together to ensure shared prosperity within the region.

With regards to the issue of irregular migration, Butale said if prosperity is shared among SADC countries, migration would be optional and not permanent.

He spoke to SABC News Reporter Khayalihle Khumalo on the sidelines of the SADC Foreign Ministers' Retreat at the Kruger National Park in Mpumalanga.
