Ramaphosa addresses NCOP outreach in Stilfontein

President Cyril Ramaphosa says corruption and malfeasance at local government level are undermining service delivery and public trust.

Ramaphosa was giving his closing address at the National Council of Provinces', "Taking parliament to the people programme" in Stilfontein in the North West province.

Earlier, residents raised their concerns with the delegation, saying they are worried about poor service delivery and crime.
