This is not a democracy; it is an ANC dictatorship. These foreigners started by breaking a person's leg and killing them, yet the government is deploying soldiers for the South African citizens. Stop lying to the people; it's not about safety, but about silencing South Africans from voicing their frustrations against the state. They are simply doing what all corrupt and inept African leaders do to silence their people.
