Airbnb check-out changes will drive up prices for guests: tourism expert | ABC NEWS

Airbnb will ban hosts from requiring guests to complete check-out chores such as stripping beds, washing dishes or taking out rubbish, under new rules. The changes announced on its website apply to bookings made on or from November 20.
Tourism expert and Airbnb host Sara Dolnicar says the changes will make the platform unviable for some hosts, leading to inevitable exits and increased stay prices.
