I say that to many people comparing Neha with Abhijeet, CJP does not have any political backing & support like Neha. Obviously, shutting their voice is more important & easy for BJP.
Delhi police violates the law because detention of women protestors after sunset amounts to arrest in substance, which requires exceptional circumstances & prior permission of a judicial magistrate. Instead of doing so, delhi police both creates illegal custody & bypasses the statutory safeguard meant to prevent such acts by calling it detention.<br><br>P.s The union govt & cops apologies in court, seems to me to be rehearsed procedure to close the case, while the courts keep allowing such actions to recur. Delhi police are breaking the very rules they are meant to enforce, & then hiding their police illegality behind wording.
Uno reverse previously government had underestimated the cjp movement and when they understood the gravity of it , it was too late now cjp riding on success underestimated the government, this time the government is prepared and cjp seems to be losing ground especially now that their motive of regime change is out in the open
