Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi says Ethiopians, Malawians and South Africans are believed to be behind the kidnapping of 27-year-old Vosloorus spaza shop owner, Mazwi Kubheka.
Lesufi was briefing the media at the Vosloorus Police Station, where he said authorities are still working to establish the exact motive behind the incident.
Kubheka was found this weekend after a month since he dissappeared.
The reported circumstances of what could have lead to his alleged kidnapping have once again put the issue of Spaza Shop regulations in the spotlight.
To discuss this further, we are joined by the President of Township Economic Commission of South Africa, Bheki Twala.
