If the useless directive was withdrawn, the question is, what do they do with these criminals now? Let them all go back to their countries and we be left with our own problems to fix!!!

This report raises another question...what happens when an application for asylum is rejected? If nothing happens as is clearly the case from whay the reporter is saying ...what is the point of the application process?

People clearly do not understand that the directive does not change the concourt ruling and this so called journalist does not correct this misunderstanding. WHERE DOES SABC GET ITS JOURNALISTS?

There’s no limited number of refugees that South Africa should accommodate… South Africa doesn’t have enough capacity to accommodate these billions of refugees… There are no refugee camps in South Africa… where will these billions of refugees stay or reside… There’s no enough space in schools to accommodate the billions of children of these refugees… Are these people really refugees??… There’s no war in Ethiopia; Somalia; Nigeria; Ghana; Pakistan; Bangladesh; Malawi; Mozambique; there’s no war in Zimbabwe… The government of Zimbabwe just released 10 000 criminal offenders out of prison… those prisoners are now coming to claim Asylums in South Africa… United States just deported millions of Nigerians and other nationalities… they are now coming to South Africa… Is there a limited number of refugees that South Africa should accommodate… If the resources are not enough for the citizens, what will happen when the number of refugees keeps increasing?? Those who just got repatriated are now coming back to claim Asylums… Out of 53 African countries, there's no a single country can help South Africa to accommodate partial number of these refugees, if they are really refugees… Why the burden should only be for South Africa… What a Banana-Country we are living in.
