So, she's not going to be executed again?? Just asking about the legal route ahead, not judging.

The sentence was carried out, twice. If she survives, she survives. They can&#39;t keep her or carry out another execution. <br>Agree or disagree about the crime and/or punishment, the facts stand.

I guess being trapped in an ongoing living hell is perhaps more of a punishment than death?

Can&#39;t blame her. They made sure she suffered. 🇨🇦 the guy who ran this resigned and should be held accountable.

Moral of the story. If at first you don&#39;t succeed, Try, try again. And always have a back up plan. Old ways are the best ways tried and tested over hundreds of years

Killer or not, we have a responsibility in America to not dole out Cruel and Unusual Punishment and unfortunately a botched execution, especially with those repercussions, is cruel and unusual. I feel for the family, especially for the mother who believed she would get closure watching her daughter’s killer die, but I also feel for Pike. She just went through tremendous suffering and it seems to be prolonged with her extensive recovery. She also has an uncertain future with her case returning to court. It’s a sticky moral situation

She should probably be released from shackles, since she cannot walk nor swallow, has pneumonia, cannot eat, and her arms are useless, and has blood clot, and in extreme pain.

CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT…..RELEASE HER NOW! WHY DOESN’T THE BIBLE AND EVANGELICALS SCREAM NO KILLING???
@daledevernon56
@@daledevernon56Imported3wk ago
There are people who have been sent to prison who committed multiple murders and they served less time and we&#39;re never on death row, she needs to be released because we are now at a point where it becomes cruel and unusual punishment.

Who cares if she’s angry ? The family of the girl she killed is probably angry too
