It is time Mr. Ahmed returned the Nobel Prize he received for his supposed peace efforts with Eritrea. His outreach to Eritreans was never genuine—it was merely a strategy to attack the Tigrayans. The very pretext for his award has now collapsed. Since taking office, he has consistently fueled war and conflict across the region.
