Was that a diploma from MANHATTAN UNIVERSITY??? A private US Uni?? If you can afford and complete that level of education then getting a simple job in your field should not take months ant it doesn't matter if it's not a small market... something doesn't seem right here
Like every other country in the world. It should be obvious to Estonian youth, move to other EU countries and look for jobs, don't let bad economy kill your dreams.
If you guys are struggling, come to Lithuania. We’ll help you out. We’re growing pretty fast, the cost of living is lower, and GDP per capita is already quite close to Estonia’s - so in practice, your money can often go further here.
"Moving from Eastern to Western Europe for a better job sounds great on paper, but the reality is incredibly isolating when you don’t speak the local language. You quickly realize your skills don't matter as much as your fluency. Honestly, if every European country just accepted English as a universal language for work, it would change everything—making it so much easier for us to contribute, build a life, and actually feel welcome."
Employers sound like those women who keep falling for bad boys. If every young person you hire is a lazy bum, maybe start giving opportunities to people who put more skill points into grit and discipline than office politics and interviewing?
