The Johannesburg Magistrate's Court has postponed the case against alleged UK fugitive Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma to October 21 for the finalisation of his plea agreement.
Tshuma had pleaded guilty to Firearms Control Act-related charges, including possessing an unlicensed pistol and ammunition when he was arrested in Johannesburg in June.
The Zimbabwean-British national is wanted by UK authorities for the murders of his wife, Zandile, and their two daughters, 15-year-old Natalie and five-year-old Nala in Bedford, England, in July.
He had abandoned his bail application and remains in custody.
