Of course it is. The replacement has been decades in the making.

People are shocked at the diversity in Paris cause France actively chooses not to show this side of its population to the rest of the world. It claims to be a "colorblind state" but in reality that means racial minorities will be underrepresented everywhere, with no policies to include them, cause that would mean favouring one ethnicity over another, according to the French status quo. For example, you'll never watch a french show about a black family, even if there are many black French families, cause that would be considered a "controversial" political move, since for once it wouldn't be centered around the typical French white family. It's an old, outdated mindset, that should have stayed in the past, but probably will still take many years to change. Bref, it's a long road ahead, and I commend Kévi for doing this important work.
