So its already too late apparently. These agents are out in the global network and will be impossible to find them all. These agents are able to infiltrate and hack before anyone realizes until after the fact...

These are all inside jobs, tech oligarchs are only trying to take back control of AI so that they can make even bigger profits by restricting access. They are trying to build a strong case on why AI should not be democratized (made easily available for the masses)

The received States did not request OSCE sponsors for mid-term elections until Congress on November 3, 2026. This will become the first time that the Organization for Security and Defense in Europe has begun to monitor the federal elections in the United States in 2002.

So Ai bots or whatever the hell they are called, are now going rogue and attacking governments? I sure do hope that any state that has a nuclear power plant, military base with nukes, takes them offline away from the open interwebs. Imagine an AI bot going after a nuclear plant and causing a meltdown.

Trained by humans, assigned tasks by humans, given resources by humans. Those humans need to be jailed. Seems simple. If you attach a bomb to a random number generator the number generator isn't to blane, its the person who created it. We need decade long jail terms for people creating cyber terror weapons.

I am more and more convinced that this is all a ruse by the AI hyperscalers allowing their agents to do harm. These companies are heavily in debt, and they're trying to get the government to regulate the industry now - to provide them legal cover for NOT paying their creditors. When there is government regulation, that provides a loophole for companies because they can say "Our lack of growth or production was due to a change in the regulatory environment, forcing our legal compliance".
