Trevor Noah on Trump vs. Kim Jong Un’s Wild 2017 War of Words

Trevor Noah takes on one of the strangest political showdowns of 2017: Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un trading threats while the rest of the world tries to figure out what happens next.

From Trump’s “fire and fury” rhetoric to Jacob Zuma, political strategy, presidential policy answers, and Melania Trump’s anti-bullying message, Trevor turns the headlines of the moment into one increasingly ridiculous stand-up routine.

This performance is from Trevor Noah’s comedy special There’s a Gupta on My Stoep, originally released in 2017. The jokes, people, and political references in this video reflect the news and public conversation of that period. This is archival material and is not a newly recorded performance or new commentary.
