An alleged serial rapist appeared at the Durban Magistrate's court

KwaZulu Natal Premier Mr Thami Ntuli was at the Durban Magistrate's court where an alleged serial rapist charged with the raping 16 women in Cato Manor, Durban made his first appearance.
